Find NDIS support coordination providers
A support coordinator helps you put your NDIS plan into practice — working out what your funding can be used for, finding and comparing providers, setting up services and getting ready for your next plan review. For many people it is the difference between a plan on paper and supports that are actually running. Our guide explains how NDIS support coordination works in plain English.
My Care Link Australia is a free matching service, not a support coordination provider. When you tell us where you live, how your plan is managed and what you are trying to organise, our team uses that to connect you with support coordination providers worth a conversation. There is no cost to you and no obligation to proceed with anyone we introduce.
It helps to say whether you are newly approved, changing coordinators, or dealing with something more complex such as housing, health or justice involvement, since that may point towards specialist support coordination instead. The levels of support coordination are set out in our guide. Availability, registration status and how a coordinator works are best confirmed with them directly — we do not hold live capacity information. You can read how provider matching works for what happens after you enquire.

Common questions
How do I get NDIS support coordination through my plan?
If support coordination is funded in your NDIS plan, we can connect you with vetted providers in your area. Tell us your suburb and what you need — we'll handle the matching for free.
Are providers NDIS-registered?
We work with both NDIS-registered and unregistered providers. If you're plan-managed or self-managed, you can use either. NDIA-managed plans require registered providers — we'll match accordingly.
How quickly can I start support coordination?
Most clients are matched with a provider within 24-48 hours. Urgent requests are prioritised — let us know in your enquiry.
