Free for participants and families

There is no cost to NDIS participants, their families, support coordinators or aged care recipients. We never charge plan funds. Our service is funded by participating providers, and that funding never influences who we recommend to you.

We track every match. Providers who don't follow through are removed. If you've had an experience — good or bad — tell us, and we'll act on it.
