Who we are
My Care Link Australia is a free concierge service that helps NDIS participants, families and support coordinators find suitable NDIS providers across Australia. We are not the NDIS, the NDIA, or a registered NDIS provider — we are a matching service.
What information we collect
When you submit an enquiry or call our AI assistant, we may collect:
- Your name and contact details (phone, email)
- Your suburb, postcode and state
- Who the support is for (yourself, family member, client)
- The type of support you need and any preferences
- Your funding type (NDIA managed, plan managed, self managed)
- Urgency, age group and any additional notes you share
- For phone enquiries: a recording and transcript of the call
How we use your information
We use the information you give us to:
- Understand what support you need
- Match you with suitable providers in our network
- Share the relevant details of your request with those providers so they can contact you directly
- Follow up with you to make sure you've been looked after
- Aggregate anonymous demand data by region to help providers plan services in under-served areas
Who we share your information with
We share your details only with vetted NDIS providers in our network who are likely to be able to help with your specific request. We never sell your information to third parties, and we never share it for marketing unrelated to NDIS support.
How long we keep your information
We keep your enquiry information for as long as it is needed to help you find support and to keep accurate records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by contacting us.
Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. To do any of these things, contact us using the details below.
Consent
By submitting an enquiry through our website or AI phone assistant and ticking the consent boxes, you agree to these terms and consent to us using and sharing your information as described above to help match you with suitable NDIS providers.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version date at the top of this page tells you when they were last changed. We record which version of these terms you agreed to when you submit an enquiry.
