    Common questions

How do I get NDIS community access through my plan?

If community access is funded in your NDIS plan, we can connect you with vetted providers in your area. Tell us your suburb and what you need — we'll handle the matching for free.

    Are providers NDIS-registered?

We work with both NDIS-registered and unregistered providers. If you're plan-managed or self-managed, you can use either. NDIA-managed plans require registered providers — we'll match accordingly.

How quickly can I start community access?

Most clients are matched with a provider within 24-48 hours. Urgent requests are prioritised — let us know in your enquiry.
