Our Review Process

    Every provider in our concierge shortlist is checked before we recommend them. Here's exactly what we look at.

    1. Registration and compliance

    We confirm NDIS registration status with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission for registered providers, and ABN and insurance details for unregistered providers. For aged care we check Commonwealth funding status (HCP and CHSP) via My Aged Care.

    2. Worker screening

    We check that providers operate under NDIS Worker Screening clearances, current Working with Children Checks (where relevant) and police checks for aged care workers. Providers must commit to the NDIS Code of Conduct and the Aged Care Code of Conduct.

    3. Service area and availability

    We confirm the suburbs and travel zones the provider actually services and whether they have current capacity. We don't list providers who can't take participants in your area.

    4. Specialisation match

    We match providers to your support needs — autism, psychosocial disability, complex behaviour support, dementia, palliative care — and to your communication, cultural and language preferences.

    5. Feedback loop

    After we connect you, we follow up. Providers who consistently receive negative feedback, miss shifts or fail to respond are removed from our shortlists.

    What we don't do

    We don't accept payment to rank providers. We don't recommend providers we haven't verified. We don't share your personal information beyond what's needed for the providers you ask us to contact.

    Frequently asked questions

    Are all your providers NDIS-registered?
    Both registered and unregistered providers are included. Plan-managed and self-managed participants can use either; agency-managed participants must use registered providers. We label registration status clearly.
    How do you handle complaints?
    Email hello@mycarelink.com.au. We investigate, follow up with the provider, and remove providers from our shortlists when concerns are substantiated.
    Is this service free?
    Yes. Participants and families pay nothing. We're funded by participating providers and never charge NDIS plan funds.
