    How We Match Providers

    Our concierge matching is built around one idea: the right provider for you depends on more than a postcode. Here's how we get it right.

    Step 1 — You tell us what you need

    Describe your situation in plain English — what support you're looking for, where you live, your plan type (agency, plan-managed or self-managed), and anything that matters to you (gender of worker, language, cultural background, days and times you need support).

    Step 2 — We translate it into NDIS or aged care categories

    Behind the scenes we map your words to the right NDIS support categories (Core, Capacity Building, Capital) or aged care programs (HCP levels 1–4, CHSP, respite). You don't need to know the jargon — that's our job.

    Step 3 — We shortlist providers who actually have capacity

    We filter our network by service area, current availability, registration status and specialisations. Only providers who can genuinely start with you make the shortlist.

    Step 4 — A human checks the match

    A concierge team member reviews the shortlist before it goes out — including any complex needs flagged in your enquiry, such as behaviour support, mental health recovery, or end-of-life planning.

    Step 5 — We make the introduction

    We share your contact details only with the providers you ask us to. You stay in control. If the first match isn't right, we keep going until it is.

    Why this works better than a search

    A keyword search returns a list. Our process returns providers who answer the phone, who service your suburb, who specialise in your needs, and who are accepting new participants this month. There's no cost to you and no obligation.

    How long does matching take?
    Most participants hear from us within one business day. Urgent requests are prioritised.
    Do I have to choose from your shortlist?
    No. The shortlist is a starting point. You're free to keep looking, take time to decide, or ask for different options.
    Will my information be shared?
