NDIS support worker matching — we shortlist, you choose
Hiring through a self-hire platform is a lot of admin. We do the matching for you — for personal care, help at home, community access and complex needs.
Agency, independent, or both?
There's no single right answer — it depends on your plan management, your time, and your need for reliability.
Agency support workers
- Provider handles HR, payroll, super, insurance
- Backfill when your regular worker is sick
- Works with NDIA-managed plans
- Best for: less admin, reliability, complex needs
Independent support workers
- Often lower hourly rate
- You choose the worker directly
- Requires plan-managed or self-managed funding
- Best for: budget stretch, consistent 1:1 relationships
Not sure? Tell us your funding type and we'll suggest the right mix. Many participants use both — agency for reliable rosters, independent for community outings.
